Started taking Beta Alanine for my cardio. Will see how it goes. Breaking the dosages up into 1.6g 3x daily, to get me into the ballpark of 4.5-5.4 grams daily. 6.4 being the max amount studies even use generally, so not wanting to exceed that.
Basically it should increase my carcinine level over time leading to less muscle fatigue in high aerobic scenarios like sprinting or rucking.
