I support your right to refuse a vaccine that you don't want. I also support the right of private enterprises and employers to make rules such as: no vaccine no entry. You should have the right to make your own choices and also reap the rewards and consequences of those choices.

If you put in effort to prevent getting it, yes. If not, no. The public shouldn't be on the hook to pay for someone's willful neglect of their health. I support each person's right to be a moron. I also support not bailing out morons from their actions.

Those forms are only valid in a court of law. Our day to day lives aren’t in a court of law. I don’t want to take the vaccine but I will be forced to in a round about way I’m totally sure of that. Here is how they will get you.
you want to keep your job get the vaccine of not your a health hazard and not allowed on the property or to work for the company.
you want to fly prove your had the Vaccine
You want to stay in a hotel prove your had the vaccine.
You want to enter the hospital or have a procedure done prove you had the vaccine.
We will all be getting it one way or another and trust me I don’t want it but I need a pay check to live simple as that. I figure I can hold out until mid year then the shit will hit the fan and I’ll have no recourse. I will push the issue as far as I can and maybe even speak to a lawyer and have papers drawn up to attempt to force my job to take legal responsibility for I’ll side effects of there are any. Unfortunately I know they don’t have to sign them and can just tell me to fuck off.
So again these papers are great in an attempt to get out of it legally but if you want to ever leave your house you’ll be getting the vaccine.

That’s bullshit though because these people have no clue what they will be forcing us to get. It is not tested and currently in final phase of testing with a completely new and untested vaccine type/method. If this was around for 10 years then your logic makes more sense but right now it doesn’t. If others have the vaccine then I’m no risk to you if I don’t want to get it.
You’re right and that’s how they will get us but I don’t support it. First we’re talking 1-2% real death rate and that will drop significantly when people get the vaccine. So this will be the equivalent to the seasonal flu once the vaccine is rolled out. So the same should apply for the seasonal flu then?

What if EFFORT to stay healthy also means being over weight.; Sorry sir your over weight we cant give you health insurance because your not putting EFFORT into staying healthy. Why should all the skinny people be forced to pay for your health problems associated with being over weight. . You see the slippery slope. What about the flu shot next. Yes this could be taken way too far. I brought this up to Cuomo on Twitter when he said if you don’t keep thanksgiving to you immediate household don’t ask for help, don’t call an ambulance, don’t go to the hospital or seek other medical attention.

Proof of a particular vaccination is not the same thing as your full medical history. Their private property, their rules. I could very well require people that come to my home to have the vaccination or leave. My property, my choice. If that person doesn't like it they can fuck off. If you want to have a no-mask & no vaccine party on your private property, have at it, it's not my property so I really don't have a say.

Since I just recovered from Covid why would I need a vaccination??
This is all moot any way. There is no vaccine card being issued by the goverment. I know of several people who have already gotten the shot. They were given no card to show they have been vaccinated. So there is no way to PROVE they got the vaccine. So you can put a sign up saying No Entry Unless vaccinated. It will be meaningless.

Apparently there are some lawmakers that think you should get paid to get the vaccine. They say its a form of stimulus to get as many people vaccinated as possible. I've seen suggestions of $300-$600 to get it. $600 is not worth it to me to get an unproven vaccine. I'll hold out as long as possible before getting it.

I think I have the old fashioned flu right now. Been in bed for 2 days. Not getting tested but I have to work from home for two weeks. Definitely not getting a shot to protect me from getting the flu I already have.
