You're right, she doesn't accept and responsibility at all.
The interlock was part of her probation. Probation has been cancelled, jail time ordered. So all provisions of the probation are cancelled as well.

She was likely a jail deputy. The HOJ is next door to the jail. They typically walk guests back and forth between the two locations. If the judge is going to remand someone, they’ll have the jail send some folks over to do the transport.

I'm going against the crowd on this one and I totally agree with her pre-sentencing statement.. This was a first time offense and a misdemeanor at that.. For the conviction the court destroys livelihood, imposes fines, jail time, rigs your car with gov't device, ect. And no matter of fact implies that the guilty is a flaming fucking alcoholic who must attend council and rehab, then if you don't admit to the brainwashing , you don't pass go.. DWI laws can never measure the effect alcohol has people accurately and never will. The laws are only steadily headed towards prohibition again just like the erosion of gun laws. 1 1/2 beers and your legally shitfaced, 11 rounds of 9mm and your a home grown terrorist..

She was given leniency for the actual misdemeanor DWI. She got 1 year of probation for an original sentence. It's all the subsequent intentional probation violations and general disrespect towards the court that has landed her in the clink now. (Try to remember that it was her daughter who screamed "Fuck You!" at Judge Aronson at her original trial) She skipped town for Thailand for a while, which violated her conditional discharge, has shown absolutley ZERO remorse. Etc.
If I was a behind bars from a case that she presided over, I'd be clamoring for a new trial at the top of my lungs.
