I normally don't like to speak ill of the dead but I say good riddance. Wrote the dissenting opinion on Heller stating that the 2nd Amendment is not an individual right but a collective one (total bullshit for anyone who knows law and history) and even called for the outright repeal of the 2nd.

Anyone with such a distorted view of the law and fundamental gun rights could serve on the Supreme Court is a complete dishonor to that body. The total politician in a black robe.

Any time someone tries that "collective rights" crap I ask them what law could the government conceivably pass that they think would violate such a right ?

If there isn't a law that it would prevent, then what do they think it is for ?

Justice Stevens was a conservative appointed (Ford 75') Liberal GUN-GRABBING A-HOLE !!!

He promoted the idea of REPEALING THE 2ND AMENDMENT. And dissented in the DC Heller case in 2008.
