Found great jeans for IWB carry

So the gf got me some extreme flex jeans from American Eagle for Christmas. Whatever fabric they combine in these things makes you feel like you can run a marathon in them. Not only the waistband has great flexibility but everywhere else does. Come in all different cuts and colors. Makes ccw easily more comfortable because imo nothing is more annoying that that waistband digging the gun in my side. Just last week the were on sale for 19.99 ea. Not sure if still on sale still. .....End of PSA

It's a constant struggle for me. I'm 42 years old and am at the point where I have to watch what I do or go beyond the point where one doesn't care. I'm supposed to have a 32 inch waist if there is no belly fat but I'm a 36 now thanks to the holidays in December. I bring it down to 34 with diet and exercise but 2 months of not giving a fuck and I'm back to 36. If I get to 38 inches, I'm past the point of no return and it scares me.

Yeah I’ve been like that since I was 45. Now I’m 58 and 38’s are just so much more comfortable but it pisses me off. I’d love to get back to a 34 but it’s harder at my age. I can’t push myself to hard or it hurts the body to the point of pure pain.
My advise is to get it under control now if you can

After I retired at 57,I went up to 250 lbs.I bought a pair of 40's and they were tight.The 36's I had were looser.I figure I stretched them as I got fat.2 Yrs ago I got a dog and moved upstate.Just from walking the dog I dropped to 198 lbs in about 2 months and have had no problem staying at this weight so far.I still eat like I got 2 ass holes and dont gain.Get a dog,guys.

I actually went down to 32". Trying to stay in shape. Usually about now I put some weight on but not this year. Cutting carbs does the trick for me.
