I think I’m going to Sue Suffolk County For Handgun Roster and not issuing full carry.

In a sense, they only allow handguns on pistol permit besides that fact that NYS states if it’s NY compliant it’s good to go. They don’t allow AR pistols or bolt action pistols on permit so one can argue there’s a handgun roster.
