FPI tells Nevada to go pound sand over its UBC

Basically when you weren't watching Nevada barely passed a UBC that required all private transfers to do a NICS check. Except Nevada already had it own background check for new gun purchases that didn't use NICS. This was done explicitly to shift the costs to the FBI from the state. So the FBI just told Nevada to go pound sand and use their own system.

The Nevada AG just declared the UBC unenforceable.

Bloomberg and all the "Demanders" must be stopped! If this can get passed in Nevada (a fairly pro 2A state) it can get passed in many others. The problem I have with these laws, aside from overreaching and infringing on the the 2A, Is that they accomplish nothing to enhance safety. These laws are so poorly thought out and crafted. How can all these politicians who almost all seem to have some law school background allow such shoddy laws to be presented? The "Let's just throw this against the wall and see what sticks!" method has to stop! These laws, like many provisions of the un-SAFE like the ammo BGC, need to be voided if there is no way to implement them. Otherwise they become a burden to the law abiding citizenry. I also think that any politician who attempts to craft any laws infringing on any of our Constitutionally protected rights and freedoms needs to know what they're talking about and if they don't then the bill dies right there. The things that come to mind are idiots like the woman who said that magazines are the ammunition and when they get used up there won't be any more, The doofus with his "Ghost Gun " speech, or the boob with the barrel shroud "Shoulder thing that goes up". Also correct language usage, as in the Muzzle Breaks provision in SAFE. It's Brake not Break dimwit! Things like these should automatically cancel the law.

Why don't these charlatans just come out with it honestly and say what their true goal is? The total disarming of the citizens. At least that horrible Dianne Feinstein had the fortitude to come out and say that she wanted Mr. and Mrs. America to turn in your guns. This goal of the ruling class is always there in the law provisions if you look. Why did SAFE have a 7 round capacity provision? Because it pretty much would outlaw almost any semi automatic center fire rifle, AR, AK, SKS, M1, almost all modern handguns, and many shotguns. Now the sheep are ready for the slaughter. Good luck to the few with their Mosins and 870s rebelling against whatever mandates that get forced upon them now.

These odious attempts at curtailing our natural rights and freedoms need to stop! Even when these laws are shown to be unconstitutional and are apparently stricken there is a lasting after effect. Even on this forum you can see threads such as 'Can I load 7 or 10 rounds' or 'Who is still shipping ammo'. The court overturned the 7 round limit but still questions remain as to where you can load 10 and the Cuomo refuses to acknowledge the decision saying that it only covers part of the state and the rest of the puppets only add confusion and ambiguity to the fracas. The clusterfuck that is the Ammunition BGC is the same. Here is a law that there is no way of implementing. a MOU that says it won't be implemented, but effectively bans internet sales because it is still in the statute and most sellers don't need the pain in the ass of dealing with it. To often these common sense laws are incredibly faulty yet they stand even when struck down. The shit is thrown at the wall, too much sticks, and where it doesn't there is always a permanent stain. The people of Nevada and the rest of the nation need to put a stop to this, as can be demonstrated in unfree America i.e.. California, New York, Massachusetts, The vague laws continue to erode freedom and the never-ending incremental infringement will not stop. To these progressives common sense gun laws are like Lays potato chips, they can't have just one.
Sorry for the rant but I am sick and tired of these nanny politicians and their goals to subjugate the citizens of this country. I am furious that favorable decisions in court are ignored by these tyrants. I am insulted that an elitist group of clowns feel the need to decide how I need to live and the best ways to spend my hard earned money. I am disheartened that nothing will change and that the assault on our rights and freedoms will continue. I am exhausted with SJWs, progressives, liberal utopians, and Moms Demanding Shit. Enough Already!
