Thank god mine are sweet old ladies in Putnam lolThe pistol license officers are complete power hungry assholes and the state law allows it. Remember in NY its a "privilege" not a right to possess a pistol. Never mind that this is completely contrary to Heller v D.C. But that is a decision of the United States Supreme Court. Only applies in the United States of America. Not here in the People's Republic of New York.
Thank you for the rant.Part 2
https://nygunforum.com/threads/little-bit-of-a-rant-today.12814/
This is everyday, not just a rare occurrence. Maybe I am wrong, things just are so very different than anything that I remember from years past.
Went to Best Buy this morning to buy a Shredder. We were out front waiting for the store to open and their was this older woman standing near me also waiting for the store to open. Big ass "Hours" sign that says they open at 11am. So after about two minutes she starts banging on the door to get a workers attention. Bestbuy employee comes to the door and inquires on why she is pounding on the door. She starts a rant that the store should be open now, she is handicapped and can stand too long. The guy says we open in less than ten minutes. She asks if they have a motorized cart for her to use, he replies, "No, we do not have those." She continues the rant about how is she expected to shop? Again with the Age and Handicapped thing. He says, "I have no idea" and closes the door. She keeps going on about it to anyone who will listen, she looks at me and tries to engage me, I look at her and say "I really do not care, you should have taken better care of yourself when you were younger". Oh, BTW, she was a rather large woman.
VERY RUDE GOP......Heartless phony cop out to serve and protect himself.

These days we see this all of the time, the old carrying on about how disabled they are, massively fat and the obese carrying on almost like they use their disabilities and fatness as a badge of honor.
IS That like your Phony LEO Badge?
GOP said..... I have one more example for today, I went to BJ's to pick up dinner, there was a guy, maybe low to mid 60's, in one of the store supplied carts driving around. I heard him ask another shopper if he could grab something off the upper shelf. No big deal in itself, after the the other shopper grabbed what the cart man ask for, the cart man replied, thank you, you know, I am disabled and can't do what I used to do. Great, we get it, we see you in your cart, why advertise and tell the world about your disabilities?
Maybe I am looking too deep into this.
GREAT POST GOP. We get it. You dislike fat people and disabled people.
dubleuhb said.... I enjoy getting in the way of the scooter people, they forget pedestrians have the right of way.
GOP said..... I try so hard to get in the way as well.
HUMMMM..... Outstanding GOP. Just what every Leo should do!

On a pull over:
I've been hearing a lot about the old "Touch the taillight/rear of the car to leave fingerprints on the car in case shit goes south, before coming up and talking to the driver" routine.
Any truth to that?
GOP said.... No. Not really.
LOL GOP I can not believe you said that. You be one Clueless make believe Leo.
Why do policemen touch a tail light when they pull you over?
People often wonder why police officers touch the tail light of a vehicle when they are pulled over. This practice sprang from the risk that police officers are exposed to when on the road to implement traffic laws.
In general, police officers touch the tail light of the vehicles in order to leave their fingerprints on it. This is to secure proof that the officer did approached the vehicle. In case the officer finds himself in a dangerous situation while pulling over the subject vehicle, fingerprint evidence would prove that he was present in the scene and that evidence will lead investigators to the vehicle and to the owner thereof. This safety precaution has been practiced by police officers in the country for decades.

He did break into another person's home, he is lucky he wasn't shot for that offense. The home owner/boss/home wrecker would have had the right to protect himself, his guest and his property.
YOU ARE SURE HE WILL BE FOUND NOT GUILTY ......AND YOUR LOGIC IS?
Oh I know In your demented mind he has every right to go into someones home and video taps his wife having sex.

Criticalt said...... Last night my 25 year old niece was called into work, shes a nurse.
I live close to her so she called to see if I would watch her 2 boys.
No problem, I love my neffies and love spending time with them.
The older one is 10...yes, she had him at 15...
The other is 5.
So, we decided to play video games. I was commanded to get the game from the entertainment center, under the TV.
I open the doors and theres the game on the left. I take it out and look for the controlers. I pull out the basket on the right, no controllers.
But there is a Ruger pistol.
I pick it up and say, "what is this?"
My 5 year old nephew says, "thats the 380."
I clear the gun, nothing chambered but a loaded magazine.
"Why is it here" I ask
"Its for protection" says the 10 year old.
Soooooooooo, I put the gun somewhere else and play some games.
When my niece got home we had a little talk.
She says, "oh, thats where that was?"
She explains that the boys have been taught to leave it alone and not to touch it.
"So its with their toys and you didnt even know where it was?" I asked.
She got mad and asked where the gun was.
I told her I forgot where I put it, just like she forgot where she put it.
The point is that there are alot of kids that come to their house and even if her 5yr old knows better, other kids dont.
What an idiot.
She knows better.....or I thought she did.

I am fine with this. I have guns in different places of my home. My wife knows where they are as do my kids. They are all loaded and easily accessible by all. Protection continues after I leave home.
OUR Phony Leo should know you secure your guns when you have children around. More to come........
Togmaster said:.... Common sense would not have you leave it next to the video games. You would have to be a complete moron to think that was OK.
GOP OUR RESIDENT Self Proclaimed Leo says..... am a complete moron as well. I have a gun mounted to the back of the living room TV, right above the Playstation, Xbox and other units. There is a gun in each bathroom attached to the toilets. Yep, I am a moron!
I THINK HE FINALLY GOT SOMETHING RIGHT. HE IS A MORON, Congrats GOP

GOP OUR RESIDENT MORON LEO said...... What age to you is too young? Just curious. My son was able to protect himself, if home alone, at age nine.
Hmmmmmm At age 9 with guns attached to the toilets, behind the TV. When your son brings friends over they are not allowed to use the toilet
or be near the TV I would assume. You said it.....MORON
Pretty sure in that thread I said the same thing. We would push down on the trunks. Never touched a taillight.
Here's my take on this: Snappo blocked so many people that this forum became boring for him. He has too much pride to now unblock everyone, so instead he's started a new account and come out swinging with it. I believe they overlapped for a short time, likely once he started regretting all the blocking.
Hence why I don't confirm where I work or I should say worked. Retirement, ah...Btw, recall that Snappo claimed to have a brother in the NYPD. That's why he wanted my ID, to pass it along to him and probably cause me some trouble. Think about it.
Where the detective? Lots of bark, no response. Nancy. Or should I say, tranny lover.
I don't think that was him. That post wasn't too condescending and it didn't have insults.Holy crap, look at this:

Recognize anything? Found this totally by accident while looking for reviews on a cheap scope someone just gave me for free. I do better accidental detective work than snappo/adk does "real" work. lol
I don't think that was him. That post wasn't too condescending and it didn't have insults.
I didn't notice that. Hmmm.Even without the insults, same picture and both from Upstate?
Even without the insults, same picture and both from Upstate?
Exactly. Anyone a member there and can do some snooping?
This thread makes me question my sexuality.
I'm done with the human race!

Facts mean nothing to people.I don't get your point. What is it you are trying to say? Penal law 400 says....
(f) have and carry concealed, without regard to employment or place of possession, by any person when proper cause exists for the issuance thereof;
There is no such thing as a restricted license.
