What about their Second Amendment rights? Just as important as the right-to-vote, wouldn't you say?
Roughly 40% of NYS inmates come from NYC.. and about 30% re-offend or violate their parole within 3 years...
edit: No, I don't think parolees should have their 2nd Amendment rights back.. as for voting, most of them aren't doing that anyway.
