Yes, he probably is. What is more troubling to me is state agents surveilling out of state expo's. What next car checks along the NY boarders, Where have you been, what was your business there, did you make any purchases while you were there, was a NY tax collected for any of those purchases, pop the trunk, exit your vehicle and stand to the front, These cuffs are for your protection, I see by this MAGA sticker that you are a domestic terrorist bent on the destruction of the swamp, er capital, you are not being detained. What a dumb ass!
The investigation into the incident revealed Tirado to illegally possess various firearms and firearm parts, including a pistol, shotgun, rifle, and high capacity ammunition magazines. During the incident, Tirado’s driver’s license was also found to be suspended while driving
Exactly. Unconstitutional laws only carry the weight of the enforcing officer. With no enforcement, they are just silly pieces of paper. It sure is troubling considering that whatever this guy bought was legal in that state and legal in Most states of this so-called Union. But come to New York and you are a felon. It's pathetic what we've allowed to happen to this country.
And it's quite a shame that police enforce these unconstitutional laws.
And while there are good cops out there, I would bet 99% would/will enforce the laws of our dictators without question.
When shopping for things legal in other states, beat the facial recognition cam's.

Exactly. Do not head straight home to New York or the Gestapo will catch you at the border.Note to self - Next time attending a gun show out of state, plan it with a road trip to some desolate remote town. If you see a familiar face, go to the next town. Make a stop at a UPS store. Ship home some souvenirs.
Or rent a car with non- NY plates.
