Full Carry in Westchester County

I know there are some old thread on this but I wanted to know if anyone in Westchester County has recently obtained a full carry. I have heard some folks have been able to get one and was surprised as I thought it was impossible. If you have obtained a full carry what was your approach in applying?

Applied once after having sportsman for 2 years after target for 4. Got denied showing some basic training classes, CT and UT permits as well. Denied stated that I had no documented threats against me, didn’t carry excessive amounts of cash, or had the proper training. Scared to try again as I don’t want my sportsman permit downgraded to target as westchester count executive (googlie eyed lattimer) removed that classification. Plus I think it’s a waste of time.
