Funny Looking 223 Cases

I just sorted a bag of range pick-up brass and came upon a few 223 cases that appear to have a light fold between the neck and the shoulder.

Anyone see this before? This is the first time I noticed it.

Over worked reloads? Almost looks like someone tried seating to deep/improper resize

I'll have to see if I still have a 6.5G case that I crushed like that

I need a close up but it looks like someone is trying to crimp the bullet before it a is seated

The bottoms kind of look like the crimp was removed, so I'm assuming they are just crappy reloads.

I also just recently found one of those. Most likely at the same range. I thought someone had tried turning the neck down for some odd reason. Threw in the garbage without really giving much thought.

Notice the neck length is different between them? I'd say someone is trying to reload without trimming cases and doesn't have the seating die set any where near where it should be.

looks like what the hell u shooting . if i found that id just scrap it for the brass and move on .. unless i could cut it off and make 300BO from whats left of it .

Someone is not resizing and trimming their brass as @repete said. Brass is being jammed into the neck upon firing.
Garbage now unless you have 300 bo
