Future second upper

So with wasting time I thought I'd explore options for a second upper build, and retain the 5.56 lower. Is it just me, or is the 50 Beowulf pretty sexy Too bad they are pricey. Just the uppers cost more than my complete rifle
Might have to slum it and do a 6.5 Grendel to stay with my kind of build. cheap.

I just built a whole 'nother rifle in 450 Bushmaster. I'm waiting for some of the snow to melt so I can sight it in.

Should be cheaper than a Beowulf, inherently accurate and not too many in NY have one. Bad thing is ...try and find the ammo locally.

Careful uppers tend to grow lowers and become complete rifles. At least that is my experience.

I've had one for years. Take it hog hunting in Georgia. Great rifle at 100 yards. Makes big holes in stuff.

Gotta say, it's a damn good thing I won't have a credit card, I'd never get it payed off! I'd be all...look!!! Shiny thing!!! Then there's the expense of an addition to hold more guns....
I've looked into the 450 Bushmaster, 458 SOCOM and 500 Beowulf. Basically want to make big holes when the feeling arises, no other reason. I think the Beowulf has a bit more plentiful ammo, which for me is a must.
Just need to find an affordable barrel then go from there. Someone has to make one.
