That's news to me. Do game wardens get a special pass from the constitution?

They will do anything they can to Bust someone or SOMETHING........... Thats the po po jobs......find you doing something wrong so they can ticket you or arrest you...Thats my personal beleive so YMMV......

easy fix, put 10 or 15 camera's around the property, to watch for DWR OFFICERS or 'others' coming on to the property.

the problem I have is this backdoor spying bullshit? So the DWR folks come on the property, steal a camera LOOKING for a crime??

why not just get a warrant, serve the warrant and issue a ticket, IF THERE WAS A CRIME. but this sneaking around bullshit is ridiculous.

So, we need cameras now watching the camera's? Would've been great to have a trail cam higher in a tree capture the agents stealing property!

But the contemporary administration seems to think everything belongs to the govt... Any waterway, pond, puddle, any car because it has electronics, your bank accounts because it makes electronic communication, safe deposit boxes just because... And more!

It's acronym agency hell bent on operating in an environment of impunity unchecked by the judicial branch of our Govt that sole purpose is the interpret law and prevent overzealousness that appears to be a natural progression of power once given to a govt, will naturally grow... Our founders exposed this historical anomaly and put specific checks and balances in place to prevent it. So it's funny how the contemporary exhibition is to just ignore laws that don't suit govt purposes...

This kind of stuff, involving State EnCon Dept's, or Fed and State F&W officers, Fed and State Game Wardens, and other Hunting cop types, usually have powers to enforce game laws out of season about anywhere on private property or public property.

Hell, in Cal you cannot cut a tree down.

Tuff to fight them...they took a $200 camera...hardly a Federal Offense. for $200..a Lawyer will cost thousands to fight this confiscation.

Cops fly over public and private lands all the time looking for illegal activity.

The photos they now have in their possession, might show illegal activity. I will bet they have a warrant tucked away somewhere or a complaint they had to investigate, and they succeeded in stopping whatever activity they sought to stop..........

It takes a lot to get these guys on your case..............a lot.
