They will sieze all the property and imprison all the people involved.
You cannot attempt this unless you are willing to go all the way. You must also realize that the government *will* go all the way. So, if you go that route, you will either surrender and spend a long time in prison, or a lot of people are going to die.
If you're planning to go all the way, then don't fuck around. It will inevitably get to "a lot of people are going to die", and whoever escalates fastest has the advantage.
