F/S Generator and storage box

Getting a new standby generator so I'll be selling the one I have. Its a Champion 10k starting watts/8k running dual fuel. I have never put gas in it, only propane. Its a few years old but has low running hours, I'm gonna guess less than 50 hrs, I can check the meter when I pull it out of the storage box its in. The storage box is included in the sale, see pictures attached. I bought the box over the summer, its fairly new.It cost me $1400 for the box alone. The generator has an electric battery start as well as a pull starter. Only problem is the pull starter rope broke the only time the battery died and I had to pull start it. Offering it up here first, cause you guys are a bunch of "right on motherfuckers". I'd like to get $1300 but for you guys I'll take a grand. I'll include the propane connection and the power cable and if the new install doesnt need it, the box to plug into that connects to your panel.

Only problem is the pull starter rope broke the only time the battery died and I had to pull start it.

This statement is confusing and concerning me.

If the pull starter cord broke, how did you pull start it when the battery died?
Have you replaced the battery for the electric start?
Have you replaced the starter cord?

I have a small "jump start" thing I keep in the car. Was able to jump start it. I havent replaced the pull cord yet, I have a battery tender keeping the battery charged. I havent replaced the battery, the reason it died was because there is a switch to connect the battery, it has a pilot light, theres a seperate starter switch, after the unit starts I should have shut that switch. The unit will run with that switch on or off. When I shut it off I left that switch in the on position, it is in the back against the back wall and cant be seen. With that little pilot light being on for a couple months the battery of course died. The reason I havent changed the pull cord is because I have to pull the generator out of the box after disconnecting the gas and electric leads, just too lazy. It will take longer to move it out of the box than to wrap a new pull cord. Was waiting til spring to change it, but I decided to go for the standby generator, so selling it as is. I'm having the new one installed on Wed., after that I'll be putting this on CL.
