The Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court has ruled against C.G. Haenel's appeal - the court has ruled that Haenel must recall all the weapons and destroy them.

They have registration and permits for pretty much everything. Wether firearms related or anything else for that matter. There are also requirements for going to the range a certain amount of times a year to certify "need" for said weapon as well. Pretty much, unless grandpa hid a 98k in the wall of his house before the allies stormed in or you got one off the black market, they know what, where, and why you have for firearms. I do believe they allow for the carry of pepper ball type "weapons" but CC is more or less nonexistent.
