Well if it's' Legal, is it really an "insurrection"? It's likely that a new Census would trigger a lot of redistricting...there was an article from Florida that indicated how over 64.000 New York Drivers Licenses were surrendered for Florida Licenses last year, that's just licenses and just Florida, imagine how many for other Southern States, that's got to effect the Congressional apportion numbers.
Democrats and that power hungry cunt are grasping desperately for a life raft while their Party sinks.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has unveiled plans for a special election to redraw the state’s congressional districts, in a direct attempt to counter the Republican-led redistricting effort in Texas that could add five GOP seats to the House.​

Newsom framed California’s initiative as a “trigger” response, meaning if Texas proceeds, Golden State voters would decide on a ballot measure in early November to temporarily override the state’s independent redistricting commission and adopt maps favoring Democrats in five Republican-held seats.


“We are talking about emergency measures to respond to what’s happening in Texas and we will nullify what happens in Texas,” Newsom said during a press conference.

I live in California and my area is already gerrymandered so democrats can win 2-1 every election. Ventura County has Julia Brownley as their congressional rep and she's a monster. She almost lost her long term seat in 2014, but the anchor babies saved her. The only way democrats can further gerrymander California now would be do something such as drawing a district all the way from red inland California to either San Francisco or Los Angeles.

We learned about gerrymandering back 50 years ago in high school when they actually taught civics and American History. It wasn't a swear word. Just one of the slimy tools of politics.
