How can you not shoehorn that into this case? We can’t buy ammo online and have it shipped to our home or buy guns privately without a background check. At this point you have no option to buy guns or ammo because the government shit them all down. Of o could buy a gun from my neighbor without a background check the gov would have a leg to stand on but I can’t. My rights have been violated and so have yours.

Who are the plaintiffs in this fantasy case you're putting together - that will also dismantle unSAFE and the Sullivan Act in one magical fell swoop - and what standing do they have to bring these additional causes of action into this silver bullet case based on the state shutting down one FFL on the grounds of the Covid emergency nonsense?
