The M1 Garand, the M1 carbine, the 1903 Springfield , the Lee Enfield, the Mosin Nagant The K98,Mauser, the Remington 700, the SKS, off the top of my head, are all weapons of war, Some of which have seen combat over 100 years ago and are still being used today in combat zones around the world. They are also perfectly legal to own in the US . And most are far larger calibers capable of removing a limb or going through several men at once.

This is a propaganda piece ,It has nothing to do with educating less informed people about firearms. The intent is obviously to misguide them not educate them .

Terry Kindlon's opinion is very clear. There is nothing vague about his opinion. Quoting :

"Mass murder has become a weekly tragedy in America. There is no question that drastic action to remove all types of weapons from circulation is necessary. We have to start somewhere and, because the AR-15 is a thinly-disguised weapon of war, it should be eliminated first."


He means that all types of handguns, rifles and shotguns are "weapons of war" and must be eliminated. At least those owned by law abiding citizens.
