Yeah but they would have to 1) hold Congress (historical odds are they can not), 2) make the Nuclear Option permanent in the Senate, 3) survive an inevitable supreme court challenge with sitting Trump picks, and 4) flip the Senate in 2020 which likely ain't gonna happen. In the Senate, they could flip one R seat in Colorado to D but they are going to get flipped in Alabama. Even if they flip Collins in Maine it is not enough since they will still be down by two. To make it worse for Dems, Shaheen may not hold her D seat in NH.

Yes, I actually looked into it a little while ago. I think the court has had seats add two other times in our history. So if dems ever get full control again they can water down the courts in their favor.
