I am not fond of her opinions either but at least she is vocal with her views, that POS Roberts was sold as a Conservative but he identifies as something else.
It would be better for Conservatives if Roberts left he Court, at least then we could replace him with a REAL Conservative and have a solid voting block of four with Alito-the other questionable justice.

Congress can impeach a sitting SCOTUS judge but i think its only happened like once before in the history of the court. I may be wrong about that though

In other words, never would happen. In fact, I believe and I don't say this as a joke, if she entered a multi-month coma the democrats would not support removing her from office.
She's obviously pretty sick, but a thrice-cancer surviving 85 year old who's just had lung surgery and heart surgery several years before plus 1-2 broken bone surgeries, etc. it's amazing she can even show up for work at all.
At least she's "working from home". If she can't stay awake while out in public I would be very surprised if she's not in a deep slumber at home most of today.
So she can't perform her duties but still won't resign/retire just to take up a 1/9 spot. Out of spite for politics none the less. Ya makes sense.

She misses a few days and some here are saying impeachment.
This has happened before where 8 justices hear the case. She can chose not to vote or read the court transcript.
She might be completely wrong but she should be respected . She doesn’t hide what she is .
I hope she steps down and then lives many years.

Tough as nails or not, she's obviously not doing the work while she recovers. Her legal minions will be acting on her behalf for as long as she is alive (and no I don't wish her harm or ill). That's where my concern is. They are artificially extending her influence.

RBG is trying to save her legacy that she single handedly eF'd up royally.
While Barry Obozo was still president she had the opportunity, and was encouraged to step down to allow Barry to appoint her successor.
Her pride and arrogance surfaced and got the best of her.
Her lifelong quest for women's rights and equality (a great legacy IMO) guided her to keep her seat because she was so confident that hildabeast would be the first female president and she wanted the beast to appoint her successor.

I certainly think there is nothing abnormal about missing these in general; people are sick or whatever. What makes this unique is that it's the first time she's done it ever in 25 years and it's immediately on the heels of a major surgery that, IMO, was hidden.
She may recover and get back to work and if I had to bet money I'd say she will, but who really knows. The truth is that she had pretty major surgery, and going through that particularly at her age has high odds of post-surgery problems.
