You might be putting ease of concealment/comfort over the fundamental of proper grip. Some of these really skinny grips can be a determent when trying to hit the target where you want. I shoot much better with a "Fatter" grip.

I won’t disagree with you there but my hands are small to medium sized and I can shoot my Ruger LcpII quite well. Actually I shoot that as well as my double stacked 1911.
1.45” for a gun is fairly wide. Not sure if that’s the grip or what. Doesn't appear to have a safety but the slide release looks pretty large. I like the sig365 grip and was going to buy one but I stupidly held off because I wanted to compare the regular vs the xl but couldn’t find one together at the same store. Now forget about it.
