Called the local gun store today and asked if they had a waiting list yet for the 43x (there was a long list for the 365). He said "what model was that?" He put the phone aside for a moment, came back and said none of us have even heard of that one yet. Oy vay, lol.
In any case, i think I'm going to get one. I love my 43, and how it feels in hand, but the grip could stand to be Just a tad bigger, but not as big as a 19 or 17. Those feel ok, and i want to like them, but they just don't feel super comfortable like my VP9, PPQ, or APX. If the 43x shoots as flat as my 43, it'll be one of my favorite guns to shoot. Again, that's just me with my hand size/grip feel preference. As for the ugly silver slide, i can swap it out with the slide on my second 43 and send the silver one to Wilson Combat and have them coat it when i have that 43 done up.
