Question for the Glock owners running with extended magazine releases. Which brand did you go with and why? I was looking at the TangoDown Vickers model, but reviews seem to be hit or miss.

I had a vickers on my 21. Never liked it. Holster would just rub on it a little and the mag would pop out. Kinda sucks when it does that in a store

Depending on if you're getting a custom holster or not, you can sometimes request a more generous mold of that area to prevent that.

I've ordered a couple of gen 3 Glock OEM extended magazine releases to try on my G17 and G19. They were inexpensive, so not too worried if I don't like them and have to return to the stock release.

Turns out "OEM Glock" means Lone Wolf Distributors. I thought I was buying a Glock product. Either way, these things are quite large and have some sharp edges. Since they're so big, one of my holsters causes the magazine to release. No bueno.
Ordered a Tango Down Vickers extended magazine release. Figured I'd give it a shot since they claim to be smaller than the above mentioned release.

Installed the Vickers release on my G19 tonight. Much nicer than the LWD version. Short enough to clear tight holsters, but longer than the original release. Really nicely designed, comfortable to manipulate. I think this one is a keeper.

I put the Vickers on my gen 3 19, its only slightly larger so no accidental releases with holster or in the hand. My gen 4s dont need it due to the size of the factory button. Your welcome to stop over and see it if you want man.
