Bruen asked the judge for a 2 week extension after GOA filed for the injunction

The Judge said no you all had plenty of time to get this information together during NYSRPA

I find it interesting what Mr. Sullivan states in that article. Not quite sure what to make of it. He seems to be very openly vocal lately concerning law abiding gun owners rights.

How many other counties are there in NY?? Not much of a peep out of the rest of them.

Because he is who would enforce the laws

Just like he is the one that was sued in the NYSRPA case that was just at the SCOTUS

The legislature and governor can pass and sign anything they want and SCOTUS won't do a thing.

They only rule on what laws can be enforced, and he'd be the one doing the enforcement.

They are frequently named as well, since they are responsible for prosecuting, which is also enjoined.

The Superintendent of the State Police is given tremendous discretion in NY firearm laws. If he gets to make the call, he gets to get sued.

It's good that they are challenging the requirement to identify all social media accounts.
But when are they going to challenge the requirement that I spend hundreds of MY dollars and hours of MY time as well?

And the whole "recertification" scheme, which is nothing more than effectively having to beg permission every three years.
