Going hunting Monday

It was good. My younger son loved it. 3 helpings worth. I thought it was good. Meat was dense not tough or chewy just dense. Flavor was good. My wife tried to tell me I would die if I ate it because of some bacteria. I said well then a lot of people I know should be dead and are not. Here's how it came out.

Canadian geese do taste pretty awful. I suggest gravies and sauses.

I know. I thought she was acting quite ridiculous honestly. She made my older son not want to try it. I was disappointed about that.
