If it does 13 from a 10.5, it’ll be less than 12 from a 16. Nothing beats the Gold dots in my opinion.
I love cheap ammo. Love it. Gel tests? Don't care about them. I am a firm believer that nearly every bullet made is enough to kill. If the first shot does not kill, shoot again. Shoot until the threat is stopped.

Gel measures penetration on one bullet vs another. Nothing more. It’s a necessary tool to have. With that said, “Get the one that’s the cheapest that penetrates the most so that you don’t have to shoot again because it failed to reach vital organs.”

I really like the frontier 75 grain hollows...I suspect probably one of the most accurate cheap loads out there.
I just ordered a 500 round case recently. I tested out a box of the 55, 62, 68 and 75 HP loads and found the 55gr and 75gr condo best in my rifle. I've gone through a case of the 55gr HPs but I think I will focus in the heavy loads since it is only slightly more expensive. I will be putting these up against 77gr OTM IMI "Razorcore" and the Magtech 77gr OTM in a comparison test soon. I have heard great things about the Magtech load which is cheaper than the IMI but the Frontier is the cheapest heavy 5.57 match load you can get. I really appreciate what the Frontier ammo line represents. After decades of drastically inflated ammunition prices this line provides a high performance option at a reasonable cost. I hope it makes these companies a lot of money and that they continue to offer it for a long time.
