I know this has been beaten to death in memes and conspiracy theories but.......
I have some experience dealing with alcoholics. Her mannerisms and facial movements along with her stuttered speech and trouble thinking of her next words are textbook signs of long term alcoholism.
I know she has had alot of medical issues and these symptoms can also be from long term prescription drug use.
Or just the decline of metal faculties due to old age.
The fact is, she has been in the public eye for decades.
Fourty years ago she was sharp and very well spoken. Now she bumbles through sentences and very often cannot keep her thoughts straight.
