They were Illegals within a targeted for deportation population because of their criminal convictions. "El Duce" pardoned their crimes that were not Federal convictions and they are not all saints as proclaimed by FUAC's press office. This is as much FUMFAC figuratively pissing on POTUS's shoes as it is FUMFAC pandering for progressive votes. FUMFAC is a psychopathic narcissist and doing any act for a righteous motive can never be on his radar.

Also pardoned was Dominican national Carlos Suarez, 41, who learned that he was ineligible for citizenship as he was heading to a September 2017 swearing-in ceremony because of a 2009 petit larceny conviction. He has also stayed out of trouble since, according to Cuomo.

So at least one was an illegal who at least attempted to become legal, while breaking further laws.
