If he refuses to resign, will the democrats in the legislature actually vote to impeach? I am skeptical of that outcome. So he does what clinton did - just grunts it out through sheer stubbornness.

I honestly can see him getting re-elected because of the preponderance of asshole liberal voters in this state.
