That is my understanding. From everything I have read Hochul would probably be a better governor than the last five or six we have had, not that that would be difficult. She is your typical political animal, but when in a position of authority she seems to rely on the Constitution. Wouldn't that be a pleasant surprise. Glen beck was talking about this situation a while back.. He said Cuomo had hope to be president. Thus he needed to be moderate .
