HE WAS REMOVED FROM OFFICE FOR GOING AGANST HIS BLOCK VOTE. It just took them this long to make sure his replacement and the AG understand who really runs NY state .

It looks like the Albany County Sheriff filed the charges, bypassing the Albany Co. DA who was slow walking it.
