It’s getting even worse than that. A 16 yr. Old banger was involved in a shooting of a rival 19 yr. Old banger recently in Syracuse. In the corse of “ trying “ to gun down his rival he shot and killed a beautiful, talented 11 yr. Old little girl . This POS had 10 priors by the time that he was 15 !! Drugs, guns , you name it. He was on a Fucking furlough from a NYC juvie detention ctr. Instead of rotting in jail because it was Martin Luther King day.
