Was is self defense? Was the guy breaking in? Does mid Hudson news not want to admit someone defended themselves and didn’t go to jail?

Odd, you never hear legally of a Grand Jury voting a "no bill"...................equally, a "true bill" may be held for months before an arrest is made.

Grand jurys vote "no bill", plenty of times on people, who did not know that they were being investigated.
