There were also interviews posted on this forum where these two GA. Election workers admitted they retrieved ballots from underneath and passed them through multiple times.
The Justice System has been weaponized in an unembarassing in your face disregard of the law as well as no reflection of Black and White Right or Wrong.
There was no jury determination that Rudy Giuliani defamed anyone. He was deemed liable for defamation as a result of a default judgement issued by notorious anti-Trump Judge Beryll Howell as a "straight-up sanction for his discovery failures." It's another weaponized Liberal Judge who does not even pretend to follow any facts or law.
In a civil jury trial it may be no better since only a majority (as opposed to a unanimous criminal jury trial) of the local jurors have to find against a defendant, so in Atlanta, NY, LA, Chicago, DC a Republican will lose every civil case tainted with political hate. Jury nullification of facts in a civil proceeding.

I can't understand why Trump has not sued out of existence the media apparatus. Defamation of a poll worker worth 148 million? That sets a nice precedent. It's blatantly clear the media outlets and their personalities knew the Russia dossier and collusion were a hoax. They knew the Hunter laptop was real as well. They knew Trump wasn't a racist and many in the media and social media decided willingly to participated in election interference anyway. If Trump wins, these folks, as well as the Washington Swamp are in big trouble. They know this. Trump is well aware of how to legally get around an appointment of a complete outsider for the AG spot, FBI and CIA. Well established record of it. This is why he will not be allowed to get in. Right now, they are attempting to gauge how upset people will be when a political candidate is jailed or worse. We will see how X, FB, Instagram ...ect, act in 2024. I don't think they will participate like they did in 2020. That will be very telling. It's all about to kick off and nothing is off the table.

The only question before the jury was how much in damages to impose on Giuliani, who helped Republican former President Trump advance his false claims of a stolen 2020 election. The panel deliberated for more than 10 hours before coming to a decision.

But, by withholding evidence and preventing trials from actually occurring (on procedural issues) they have yet to prove that the election was not stolen.
Release the evidence. That's all we ask.
