Gun Background Checks and why they violate my rights

You are making an incorrect assumption.

Nothing stops what you call "Undesirables" from obtaining firearms now does it? All Gun control does is restrict the law abiding. Prior to 1968 the Second amendment stood on its own. Firearms were sold at hardware stores and through the mail.

The other problem is who gets to define who is undesirable? Andrew Cuomo did it in 2013. Meanwhile, the rule of law says something about "shall not be infringed."

I was born and mostly raised in a 3rd world country. They are on the list of the top 10 places to die from GSWs. It is very difficult to get a gun there, yet the criminals are awash in guns.

NEWSFLASH: Sometimes our politicians are bigger criminals than the populace. I WiSH I could give examples, but alas I don't have any.

We are being sucked in, into thinking that background checks reduce crimes. It really does not. Insane people (long term or heat of the moment) are going to still exist and still be able to fool any system we put in place. Likewise for those who APPEAR to be upstanding - that's usually the person buying whores and screwing goats (I may have that switched around - apologies! )

our politicians have made a career of the system, and they constantly pass nonsense laws so they can show their constituents that they are "doing something". many of these laws put relatively harmless people into the criminal justice system, which bogs down the system, and forces prisons, and court systems to let violent people on the streets before their full sentence is served, and many times puts them back on the street with nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

So, we have to put term limits on congress, limit the amount of new laws, and demand repeal of older, useless, and redundant laws, modify our cj system so keep violent criminals locked up longer, and non violent for lesser times, etc. etc..

many of the items i just listed are actually on trumps contract to Americans. These are things ive been ranting about for years, and it goes to show that its a genuine "common sense" approach to fix our broken system (even though i now hate that phrase because of how the liberals have abused it).

there should be a daily national published list of who cannot buy firearms.
you show up at a store with ID (NO Paperwork) if your name is not on that list, you get your gun!

Like i said earlier , I oppose it all .. the 2A isn't about defending your self , your family , your friends .. its was to keep your GOVT!! ( KING ) in check ..
the self defense is a sidle effect of the 2A ..
