I have a Sterling Arms .25 (my first handgun, made in my hometown, Lockport) that is a "semi" functional micro pocket pistol. It has a street value of about 75-100 bucks. I will never trust to carry it even though it has been completely gone over. I'll admit turning it in for $250 is tempting except for the entire premise behind the buy back. For 250 bucks the Albany commies can fuk off n die.
