Believe it or not, that's how a lot of bad laws were kept off NY'S books back about 20 years ago. Senator Dale Volker, was on the sub-committee back then and bad bills died in committee. Volker may have been NY'S last republican. Volker retired and we lost Republican control of that little corner of the legislative world. We can't get anyone with balls and common sense on that committee .

Here is food for thought, the gun grabbers will not support any training. My theory is trained people are educated people. Educated people will weaken there gun grabbing agenda.
