S4277 Bans 50 cal in NYS, but once in place, sets the stage for banning other calibers in NYS., ie:223,556,308,762, etc.

S362 Imposes a 10 day mandatory waiting period for all firearm purchases, and sets the stage for imposing lengthier mandatory waiting periods, will eventually grow to a 30 day or longer mandatory waiting period for purchasing of any firearms if passed.
