we better hope the SCOTUS and the NYRPA can get all this shit over turned, I can't wait to move outa here
This is all coming to a head. The amount of gun control in our future will have to be challenged and unfortunately things will get worse before they get better. I think the dems here in NY are over playing their hand and that is good for us. What the dems here in NY are going for and will likely pass, equates to a nullification of the 2nd amendment. No way that gets overlooked by the Supreme Court or the rest of the country. Let them over play their hand and reap the whirlwind.does anyone else think this is odd. We spent 8 years fighting the douche bag NObama and we did pretty well. We finally get some relief with Pres. Trump and virtually nothing is accomplished, Now that the DemocRATS are back in control we are under the worse attacks ever seen on the 2A.
It almost seems like the "fix is in", DemocRATS are embolden beyond reason. I can't wait to get outa here
Just keep this in mind. CA has had this type of law (micro printing) in place since 2013. It's why you can't buy new handguns and the ones that were already there are astronomically high. It costs a hella lot of money for an everyday run of the mill glock. This is all coming to a head. With an eventual Supreme Court that upholds the Bill of Rights, the totality of these bills would certainly be construed as infringement.
Tick tock
Thus the word totality.See how clever they are though?
They're writing a shit ton of individual laws.
How many cases do you think there would need to be to over turn all of them?
I see your point, however one ruling could encompass a lot of the issues at hand.See how clever they are though?

Better to get to violating all of them, then...
I smell a contest.
What's the prize if you win?
8 - 20 in Sing Sing?
We’re already in prison. NY is a giant Siberian gulag. What difference does the particular prison make?Make it Attica and it's game on bro!

I don't know if they're still there but you should read the Google maps reviews of Sing Sing they're quite comical.

This is a war on gun owners, plain and simple.
This all feels coordinated - there are piles of anti-2A bills in multiple state and federal legislatures at the same exact time. Illinois is a breath from passing registration, red flag, and an "assault weapons" ban right now. Multiple states are proposing limits on purchases of firearms and/or ammo. I'm not an Alex Jones conspiracy nut, but this doesn't feel right. It would take years for all of this crap to make it's way through appeals and up to SCOTUS, and even then they may go back to refusing to take 2A cases. Maybe that's the big plan - the ol' Alinsky tactic of overwhelm the system.
Fking demrats .. didn't they ban 3d printing .. micro stamping is fking 3d printing ..
Our only hope now is that there are enough upstate democrats who see how stupid and unconstitutional these bills are and they vote against them. I know that's futile though.
