From what Ive seen..not including this video...is most bad guys don't aim...on top of the sideways gun. Of course...this is only when faced with someone else armed. They expect unarmed citizens courtesy of the grubbberment. So when they have a gun pointed at them...they kind of shit their pants

It's also better if you wear your shorts and pants on your waistline, that way you don't trip over your clothes, fall and possibly be an even easier target from which you're trying to get away from.
