When the African Americans are getting arrested in the lower class area of the city, and then a militia (if you will) of over weight out of shape white guys start shooting police and governments officials and free the first group of people from prison

All while the white guys keep yelling "the boogaloo" (this is slang for civil war part 2) and "cowabunga kings" (cowabunga can be used instead of say geronimo when it's all out fuck it go time)

And the white guys are handing out "garbage rod rifles" aka mosin nagants and to their newly freed brothers and "till van hallen" is some shit threepers say thinking they are Vikings

Then at the bottom the collective black confusion is because the guys that just got freed and armed by the crazy white boys are confused because wait arent those crazy white guys trying to keep guns away from us

It could work with that But I think the fat Albert kids are more of the explanation point to the minorities being confused that there are actually white people (generally speaking, cause there still is a bunch of racist ass mother fuckers out there) that want all of us to be granted the same liberties and rights and that the government is the one pushing social and economical divisions
