There are no regulations I am aware of that distinguish normal from high-capacity cigarette lighters.

Also, most of these novely "flame throwers" are just really expensive versions of the $20 harbor freight weed burner.

I think the ad is just a testament of how far we have fallen as a society. It's sad not funny. I used to bring a rifle to high school. Store it in my locker all day long then shoot it at the range in the school basement with the rifle team. All perfectly normal back in the day.

At Kodak Park in the Employee Rec building they used to have a rifle range and employees would bring their firearms to work to enjoy the range. Just saying ...

I find it a legitimate fact of history. Firearms haven't changed all that much, people have. If the gun grabbers have a problem, let em stroke out over it.
