California Gun Rights Foundation and
San Diego County Gun Owners, the latter of which has signed on as a co-plaintiff.

Will SCOTUS pick this up, doubt it...

Would this have any affect on us here in NY if by the off change they win. YUP 100%...

California is just going to try to run out the clock until Trump signs the new AWB after McConnell rolls over on the legislation that the Dems push through the House.
