I agree, regardless of how many are dead, I still have Rights under the Constitution.
Stats are horrible to make law. If we only went by statistics, we would not be able to own pools, tubs, stairs, baseball bats, knives, etc...
Suicide should be illegal, oh wait, it is. Number of Deaths: 47,173
Kidney disease should be made unlawful. Number of Deaths: 50,633
The flu and Pneumonia killed more than 55,000 last year.
Accidents, wow, 169,936
Heart disease an astounding 647,457 people.
The animal that causes the most human deaths every year? Deer. Over 200 humans are murdered each and every year by these forest rats. They are some of the truest killers.
