NEWBURGH – City Police in Newburgh were investigating shots being fired at around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The gunfire occurred at Benkard Avenue at Clark Street with rounds believed to have been fired from a vehicle. Shell casings were located by investigators at the scene.
