Heard on the radio today (conservative but realistic FM radio station/program) that President Trump has directed Federal law enforcement agencies to aggressively enforce the existing federal firearms statutes already on the books. Want to hear the liberals howl? Wait til the Feds step in on every state firearm case being prosecuted in state courts, and prosecute them in Federal courts. That 5 year prison sentence (or more depending), served in Federal prison, ain't no joke.

I think Obama mentioned it, but it never went anywhere, and it was for nonviolent offenses.

well if they EVER Found the shooters, its something crazy low like 7% of the cases get prosecuted.

There are a lot of people who are breaking Federal gun laws and it is absolutely harmless. NRA was criticized by members for calling for this in the past and they stopped.
