Going beyond the Hearing Protection Act, which would remove silencers and suppressors from NFA requirements that include a $200 tax stamp, the SHARE Act would mandate the more than 1.3 million already registered be deleted from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ records within 365 days of the bill becoming law. Further, while states would not be required to allow their sale or possession, they would be barred from establishing their own potentially prohibitive taxes or registration requirements on legal devices.​

If they are over the counter items in PA, I'm buying a few. I don't care what NY says. I won't arrest anyone for having it either, which is simple to do:

Legal gun, no crime + supressor = I don't care

Crime and Illegal gun + supressor = you're getting collared anyway.

The HPA has been attached to the SHARE Act which is actually something with a shot of passing and just pass commity and going to the house for its vote

They aren't going to pass anything in our benefit because once they get something done they'll be expected to do more and the donation gravy train will dry up. We donate millions to the NRA to maintain the status quo... and pay hundreds of executive salaries and $600/hour law firms.

Larger companies like Remington, Ruger, SW, Springfield love panic buying and even if things are banned the police state will still buy even more guns and expensive ones at that.

No need to be secretive about it. It's a well know thing. I built both of mine. They are easier than putting together an AR. If it did pass and anyone really didn't care about the laws in NY, it would be even easier to just order the stuff online and make it yourself. And like anything else you would save a boatload of money putting it together yourself. And again for another shameless plug here is my 30 cal can I built.
