Medical retirement Army 28+ yrs, from Buffalo. Go Bills. Was sent for a mental health exam, panic attacks ,4 months post retirement and no retirement check yet. Savings gone, creditcard near Max and kid in college. Sought help, was sent for a mental health exam, not a threat to self or others and released same day. Hospital submitted information to New York State Office of Mental Health that, I had been committed for treatment 60 days under, New York Mental health law 9.27. 5 years, 4 law firms and 10 grand out the window. Can anyone point me to a Law firm that isn't inhabited by slimy creatures that eat money. Thx.

What do the hospital records say? I can’t imagine that the hospital records are that far off if you were there for a day and they are saying you were there for 60 days. How about how your health insurance was billed? This should be pretty easy to prove. Amy Bellantoni has a good rep for 2a.

Records states seen and released same day, visit lasted about 12hrs, arrived after normal hours and exam was 45 mins.. Hospital refuses to release any correspondence between them and New York State. It is easy to prove, I have the medical and release documents, just need a real law firm interested in fixing the problem and not creating paperwork for cash. Found out my last lawyer was a family friend of the CEO of that facility. Lucky me. Tried Amy Bellantoni a few years ago, to busy. State Police raided my home and seized my firearms, asked for warrant and was told that Albany direct seizure and I should get a lawyer. Attempt to purchase shotgun and denied, given form with national transaction number showing denial. Law firm will to help ??? I really miss my guns and hunting.

Sheldon Boyce is another 2A lawyer with a good reputation. Closer to you too, he's in Rochester.

you don't have any cell phone txt / photos showing your not committed for them 60 days and are out n about in public ?

FOIA there ass's they have to give you the info . .
